To ensure use of evidence in decision making, improving their responsiveness to people’s needs, enhancing their capacity to deliver basic services and to support the achievements of these objectives, Government of the Punjab has established Geographic Information System (GIS) Cells in 6 districts including Hafizabad. The purpose of these cells is to allow District Governments to use GIS based tools for effective planning and monitoring of service delivery. GIS Cell for Hafizabad is located inside District Complex since 2016 and extending its services to various important projects as well as departments. Find maps linked in the following:
